abstract In this paper one introduced the characteristics and assumptions of the schedule of research of experimental wear resistan- ces abrasive of coat’s epoxy composites. One defined the influence of the quantity and the kind of chosen components (pulveraceous fillers SiC and Cu, resins Epidian 601 and 112 as material of the warp and curing agents IDA and Saduramid 10/50). One described applied components, the technology of the execution of samples of materials, the methodology and findings onto intensity of the abrasive waste during the friction for the loose abradant and conclusions. Obtained findings were sub-jected to the statistical analysis which was of service to the definition of the equation of the function of the object of research and after carried out experiences supplementary - to the definition of the influence of components on tribology properties of composite coats. One ascertained that a main component, influencing on the depreciation of the intensity of the abrasive waste Iz was the kind of the epoxy warp. The use of the resin Epidian 601 with the curing agent IDA lowers the intensity of the waste, as opposed to the warp on the basis of the typical coat resin Epidian 112 with the curing agent Saduramid 10/50. Besides the use of the greater content of the hard and wear resistant carborundum SiC and the small quantity of plastic powder of copper Cu also causes the diminution of the intensity of the abrasive waste Iz. The use of the warp on the basis of Epidian 601 causes the increased averagely about 30% the relative resistance on the waste abrasive Kb in every from pair of composites (1 of 2, 3 of 4, 5 of 6, 7 of 8) with relation to the warp on the basis of Epidian 112. Among investigated composites samples appear about compositions for which the relative resistance on the waste Kb is comparable (samples about numbers 1 and 8), and even 1.5÷2.5 times greater (samples about numbers 5, 7) than the resistance on the waste steel C45. These values testify about the high resistance on the waste conditioned the abrasive waste of epoxy composites with pulveraceous fillers SiC and Cu. Carried out experiences proved that it is proper to apply epoxy coats with pulveraceous fillers: with the carbo-rundum SiC and with powder of copper Cu, because assure high values of the relative abrasion resistance Kb and low values of the intensities of the waste Iz.
