abstract The results of investigations of properties PA with addition of polymer about ability of creating of physical bonds from polymer matrix were presented. The functionalactive material was prepared about ability across physical modification polyamide mixed from bipolar polyvinylpyrrolidone in batch - free state, which be characterizes high ability complex. The pro¬perties of the polymer material depend significantly on the processing parameters. That kind of influence manifests especially in the change of the mechanical properties. During plasticizing mixing among PA6 and PVP form hydrogen bonds. It is possible to foresee, that under the influences large tangent stresses and intermolecular interaction colloidal solution PVP in PA forms about sure homogeneity, after cooling which does not the inversion of winding phases. Large intermolecular influence among PVP and PA6 are unquestionable with regard on their chemical building. The investigations for the influence of the PVP on the properties of prepared composites and conditions of the moulding injection have been conducted. It the influence of content of components and conditions of the moulding injection was established was, in this and PVP on mechanical properties produced composites. Received however results show thereon that PA/PVP composites create more stable material. Homogeneous material was got about raised elasticity and mechanical durability.
