abstract This research displayed result of computer simulations of process the moulding injection of the plastic composites. The authors have undertaken the test of legitimacy proof of advanced computer methods in modeling the processes of plastics. For application simulating programmer was used with Moldflow Plastics Insight ver. 4.1 integral unit of software module the EDS I-DEAS the NX 11m1. This programme has made possible the realization of numeric analyses' relating sequence the process of the moulding injection of plastics from special composite materials. The composite materials of polypropylene and polyamide 6 with glass fiber and powder were used to simulation. The results of computer simulations of moulding injection with composite materials were compared to different filling stages of two kinds of fillers (glass fiber and powder). In necessity only selection results of simulating researches were introduced. As the example moulded piece were used rectangular prism (cubicoid) beam with different kind of notches in the middle of beam.. The special attention was attached significance to effect about notches. In the result of conducted computer simulations was received detailed analysis which was subjected in specific aim for interpretation. Key words: composites, moulding injection, computers simulation
